Due to the nature of our sales, all sales are final and returns will not be accepted. 

Should you find anything unsatisfactory about the clothing you've received, please drop us an email at thekintstory@gmail.com within 3 working days with the following information:

  1. Your Order Number (e.g Order #0123)
  2. Photo of the defect

Our team will get back to you as soon as possible and assist you on a case by case basis. 

For items sold by third party sellers

Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is incorrect or faulty, in which case the Seller will refund the return postage.
